Went in For haircut. When entering, I was greeted with “did you check in online” and for some reason it threw me off so I couldn’t get my word out at first then finally said yes, when she was going to start with my daughter I was explaining that she wants it short but not too short because last time she thought she looked like a boy. I was scrolling through my phone to show her a picture of what I wanted and she said “why would you want it short if you said she look like a boy”.. NOT TOO SHORT I said. Idk maybe it was just me but that seemed rude and at first she seemed to have an attitude which went away as soon as she started cutting her hair. As for my Hair, it was at shoulder blades. Told her (Shannah, I think) that I want the front of my hair to be the same length as the back of my hair. Asked her to have it as long as the middle of my neck or longer so we can see the length first (even showed a picture). When she asked me how the length was it was already too short so I just let her finish up. It was shorter that the middle of my neck and the from is shorter than the back. Needless to say after I left I cried. Did not say anything about it because I didn’t see a point in having a confrontation about it because it can not be changed. I don’t see an option to post a picture or I would. Also, my daughter got a cut as well(from someone else. Skinny mixed looking girl with curly hair I think) going from hair in the middle of back to short. The got the left side shaved and the right side has a long bang. Which would be ok but it’s such a thick chunk of hair in that side that it just sucks out and does not look cute even after straightening it. We were both in the chair at the same time and didn’t ask me if I liked it or anything when she was done. We are both going elsewhere to get fixed.
